With all of the recent hurricane activity, we've received numerous requests from customers for help in fixing their hurricane-damaged furniture. Unlike manufacturers in China that sell their wares in huge chain stores (but are impossible to get ahold of should you need a part), we're located right here in New Jersey and we do all of our manufacturing in-house. That means we're always available to help out, should you need to repair a small part of your furniture.

If you need to repair a part, it's always best to call us at 1-800-666-TIDE. Our Customer Service staff is highly trained and experienced at building all of our furniture, and they can offer you the best assistance.
If you would like to clean your weathered furniture, we urge you to consider our Furniture Restorer/Cleaner. Made by the Flood Company, our Clean & Restore cleans dirty, discolored wood - even stains (handy for dining tables!), and will bring a bright, vibrant look back to your wood. In addition to Tidewater furniture, it can also clean your deck, fence and wood siding, and the one gallon size is concentrated, enough to make 5 gallons! It's non-toxic, contains no bleach, won't harm surrounding shrubbery or grass, and cleans up with just soap and water. For anyone who would like to restore their furniture and give it an extra-thorough Spring cleaning, our Restore & Clean is a great value at just $60 a gallon.
If you prefer an ounce of prevention, we also offer furniture covers. Although our furniture does not need to be covered, and can be left outdoors year 'round (though perhaps not through a hurricane!), some customers prefer to protect their benches from tree sap or the errant flock of pigeons.
