Due to the nature of our products, we do not expect that this site will be visited by children under 13; after all, how many children are in the market for garden furniture? Nonetheless, if we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to this site, we will promptly remove such information from our files. The term “personally identifiable information” means any information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

For each visitor to our website, only the visitor's IP (numeric) address is recorded. Email addresses are not obtained through any means other than direct submission by the visitor for the purposes of receiving a catalog or newsletter or placing an order. IP addresses are collected automatically by our server to be used only to determine the top several IP addresses from which we receive the most traffic. IP address is not used in any way to personally identify any website visitor or their movement throughout the site.

Tidewater Workshop may use your email address to send you a special offer in regard to Tidewater Workshop products that we think may be of interest to you.
